Flourless Pizza: Soooo gooooood!!!!

Ditch flour and opt for cauliflower for your pizza crust. A lot of videos on Youtube show different ways of making the flourless pizza. The way I make it is I steam cauliflower for about 15min. I then smush it with a fork, add an egg, salt and pepper and mix everything. The dough is ready. Lay it on a plate and put it in the oven for about 15-20min.

Take it out the crust from the oven. Now you add whatever you like: tomato sauce, mushroom, tuna, pepper, cheese etc. And put it back in the oven until ready.
