How to stick to your goals in 2020

The beginning of the New Year is a good time to make resolutions. However, many of us find that what we set out for ourselves might not make it until February, not to mention August. University of Scranton research found that just 8 percent of people achieve their New Year’s goals. While setting goals can be exciting, sticking to them and working on them regularly can put people off, especially when they have to be their own coaches and have no accountability or report to hand in at the end of the year.
