We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our manager while working remotely.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be in charge of various administrative tasks, including doing research, making phone calls, writing content and editing videos. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype.

You should be able to handle projects virtually and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. The ideal candidate will be in GMT or CET time zone.

    • Respond to emails and phone calls
    • Manage a contact list
    • Prepare and manage spreadsheets
    • Organize manager’s calendars
    • Perform market research
    • Create presentations and sales material
    • Create graphics
    • Edit videos
    • SEO content writing and translating
    • Provide customer service as first point of contact
    • Drive traffic to online storefronts
    • Create promotional campaigns and events
    • Find and engage potential customers
  • Perform all other required administrative tasks


    • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
    • Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
    • Proficiency in English and French. Arabic is a plus
    • Writing and translating skills
    • Video editing skills
    • Graphic design skills
    • Digital marketing and SEO knowledge and skills
    • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
    • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)

    • Excellent time management skills
